Anna Kournikova Is Back In Maxim
She’s back! Anna Kournikova slides back into a bikini and right in front of the Maxim magazine camera guy. And I know what you’re thinking (other than the fact that Anna looks great in these photos), and yes it would be great to be on the Maxim photography team! No doubt a killer job!
As sexy as Anna Kournikova looks in these pics, all of the women featured in Maxim look hot. Yep, I’m thinking it’s not too hard of job to take hot looking photos of hot women. If the girls were just average then it would be a challenge, but Anna is so much better than average
Anna Kournikova to play Stanford Championships at SMU
Tennis player Anna Kournikova is slated to be a part of the mixed doubles exhibition at The Stanford Championships — slated to be played on the Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Kournikova will play against a female player that has yet to be announced. Kournikova is a well-known former Top 10 player.
The Stanford Championships is the sixth event in a string of eight events that make up the 2008 Outback Champions Series tennis circuit.
The sessions will be played Oct. 22-26, with tickets available through www.ChampionsSeriesTennis.com. Kournikova will play on Oct. 25. Other notable players include Jim Courier, Australian Open champion and two-time French champion; 1992 Olympic Silver medalist Wayne Ferreira of South Africa; 2003 Wimbledon finalist Mark Philippoussis and 1999 U.S. Open finalist Todd Martin.
Anna Kournikova knows winning isn't everything
Is Anna Kournikova making a comeback or what? With the U.S. Open going strong -- and being where she reached the fourth round in 1996 at age 15 -- it would appear that Annamania, or whatever you want to call it, is happening again.
Last month, she was profiled in a Where Are They Now? feature in Sports Illustrated. Where Kournikova is now is on the cover of the September issue of Maxim, and inside is a seven-page article with photos of her relaxing on the beach, plus a question-and-answer feature.
Kournikova, 27, touches on a variety of topics, including her marital status (single), what she looks for in a man (sense of humor), whether she still follows women's tennis (yes), and whether she'll ever settle down (she's hopeful).
Kournikova never won a tournament title in singles, but that hasn't hurt her post-tennis career. A model, cover girl, spokeswoman and endorser, Kournikova told the Charlotte Observer she wasn't caught off guard that Maxim was interested in her.
Anna Won't Marry Enrique Iglesias
When it comes to super private couple Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova, it's hard to tell when they're being serious and when they're being sarcastic.
Enrique claims that he's repeatedly asked his longtime girlfriend Anna to marry him but he's had no luck. He says, ''I always try, but she pays me no attention.''
It's hard to believe that anyone would ignore Enrique's marriage proposal. He's so damn hot, we'd marry him in a heartbeat.
